  • I feel myself getting fitter too!! I am running more than speed walking, my lungs aren't on overhaul, and I am feeling NEW muscles everyday... I watch The Biggest Loser and I see even they have weeks without loss... it's just frustrating! You're right though--- IT IS NO REASON TO QUIT!
  • I've never even HAD a baby and my midsection is where the majority of my weight is- and RIGHT under my breasts--- so aggravating. The only thing I have heard is CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO and less stress.
