I have been trying to up my calories to a more reasonable amount. I average 1400 a day and am trying to get to 1700-1800 to be at a more reasonable deficit. Fitbit Flex and Snow Shoeing
Quick question: I put in snow shoeing as an exercise, and it gives me a number of calories burned. I have a Fitbit Flex, which should also count my steps, so should I add the snow shoeing as an exercise? Or just let the fitbit steps count as the exercise? Thoughts?

I quit smoking Monday...
I have quit before when I had both my kids. The biggest problem I am having is what to do with my spare time. So wondering what all you ex smokers did to fill up those time gaps that seem to scream TIME TO SMOKE? Especially in the beginning when you're just not sure what else to do. (20 years does a pretty firm habit make!)
