SO frustrated!
I joined MFP just a little over two weeks ago. During the first week and a half, I lost 3 1/2 pounds. I've really ramped up the exercise, doing Zumba, 50 minutes on the treadmill, 8 mile bike rides, weight lifting and have stayed at or sightly under the 1200 calorie limit that I am on. I had 7 pounds that I wanted to lose.…
