Thanks! I checked under dancing and 290 caloires doesn't seem like enough. I just did 50 minutes on the treadmill with no upper body movement and it was 300. I'm just hoping it's a little higher than 290, because it's a lot of "work"....:smile:

Thanks! I have been adding in my exercise calories and coming very close to the goal each day....1200+workout. I will hang in there and will watch that water. The one thing that keeps me in line is to pre-plan my meals and calculate them in ahead of time. Then I know how many calories I am dealing with and can make adjustments...before I eat them.

Be very careful of a "diet" like this. FIrst of all, 500 calories per day is far too low for anyone. Secondly, you are not learning anything about healthy eating. Portion control and the right foods will get you the same results. It may take longer to reach your goal, but you will have done your body no harm and will have…
