Still paying for WW
So, I started the online WW program in April of 2010 and here I am still needing to lose weight. I haven't really lost, if anything I have gained!! WHY???! Why do I do this, why can't I stay on track? If I would have stayed on track I would have reached my goal by now and this is what I do EVERYTIME!! I am thinking about…

1200 calories
Why is it that if you take use the suggested calories, it goes no lower than 1200. Yeah I know that you SHOULDN'T eat less than that, but it's always 1200...I thought the more you weight the more you should have, in moderation or whatever?
