1200 calories

Why is it that if you take use the suggested calories, it goes no lower than 1200. Yeah I know that you SHOULDN'T eat less than that, but it's always 1200...I thought the more you weight the more you should have, in moderation or whatever?

It does give you more if you weigh more. Look at all the eating back calorie threads and you'll see why it never goes lower than 1200.0

it's because 1200 cals is the absolute minimum recommended daily intake anyone should consume to give your body all the energy and nutrients required.0

it does go up depending on your weight, i started on 1360 and as i loose its adjusting with me0
