very confused about fats on my fitness pal
Ok this is my second week on the plan and I am confused. I have been going to diet clubs for years who advise us to eat fat free or low fat dairy. for years I have been buying skimmed milk, fat free or virtually fat free yogurts. Now it appears that I should be eating a set amount of fat a day, so I am buying semi skimmed…

Carbs??????
I love carbs and seem to go over my limit each day, but I am still within my calorie limit. By eating over the required amount of carbs, will this slow my weight loss down?? Many thanks for your help, but I am quite new to this, and dont want to get into bad habits before I start.

First week on my fitness pal and.....
I have lost 2 Lb Very pleased, I only thought I would lose half a pound each week. Its not because its my first week on the diet. I have lost 10 lb with weight watchers, then hit a plateau. Hopefully my fitness pal has kick started my weight again. I am very impressed.

Hi this is my 3rd day on my fitness pal and I am a bit stuck. When I enter my daily food on the tracker a vast majority of it are carbs. The carbs outweigh the other nutrients. according to the chart the maximum I should be eating a day is 236 my total protein should be 159 a day total fat 63 looking at it on the pye graph…

Hidden sugars and how to lower sugar
This is my first day on the plan, and was shocked to find I had gone over my daily sugar level. I don't add sugar to teas/coffee. I don't eat cakes or sugary snacks. So the sugars I am eating are hidden sugars. Could eating too many carbs cause sugar to rise? I appear to be eating far too many. I would be grateful for any…
