Thank you for your reply, it made a lot of sense. As I love avocados, oily fish such as salmon and nuts, I would rather eat the foods than buy full fat dairy. I have lots of teas and coffees throughout the day, and add milk to them, so I think I might have about 250 ml a day of semi skimmed milk.

Thank you for replying. I love avocados and use olive oil in my cooking. So will continue to buy skimmed dairy and up my intake of avocados, nuts etc. Just another question I love carbs and tend to go over my allowance. Will this slow my weight loss down. Hello I am not really an expert at this because I only started my fitness pal a week ago. By looking at your diary, it looks as though you, like me are eating too many carbs. You seem to be going over the amount every day. I would increase your protein and cut down on carbs.

Deetee please hide your scales. You are only supposed to weigh yourself once a week. Our weight fluctuates throughout the day, and you might be retaining water.
