I am trying to understand how protein impacts weight loss on a a LCHF WOE, and I would also like to know how to figure out how much protein I should be consuming. Any good links people might be able to share, or provide some solid advice? Thanks!
I am wondering how people re measuring their ketones to such a precise measurement. I have urine strips that I use that indicate how high my levels are, but only through color coding. Is there another methodology to measure ketones other than the sticks? Also, how do you measure leptin ( i think that is how you spell it )…
