Disappointment
Feeling frustrated that I finished week 2 of bootcamp, haven't given up or quit and weight is higher than when I started. In my head I know that this could be due to building muscle, but my heart is disappointed.

Do you eat all the calories it gives you?
My daily calories start out at 1500, but go up throughout the day as I exercise and walk with my Fitbit. Are you eating all the calories? Or just eating the initial daily goal?
