Do you eat all the calories it gives you?

My daily calories start out at 1500, but go up throughout the day as I exercise and walk with my Fitbit.
Are you eating all the calories? Or just eating the initial daily goal?
Even if it is slower, are you still successful eating all the calories?
How fast are you losing weight on either method?
New to myfitnesspal and loving it so far, but I want to be successful without feeling like I am starving myself.
Thank you!!!

Currently, my calorie goal is around 1300 (planning on upping it in a few weeks after I get my over-eating back under control). Sometimes I eat my exercise calories over that, and sometimes not (to make up for the 1-2 over days I have a week!). However, no matter what, I make sure I always eat those 1300 base calories.
As far as weight loss goes, it happens when you eat less than you burn. Thats all you need to know0
