Getting Frusterated
I have been using MFP for over a month now and I have only a 6.6 lbs weight loss. I have been sticking with my calories very well (with an exception of 2 days, I went slightly over by 100 or 200). Anyone else so hungry sometimes?
Is it just me or are there time where you are just so hungry all the time?!? I am trying very hard to stick to my calories. I drink a ton of water and try to break up my meals into several small meals. But I swear, sometimes, I am ravenous!! Like today! Any advice for how to handle this?
