The Weekend
After starting this challenge I realize weekends are my down falls. I have come up with a new strategy for me. Weekends are so hard for me, but I do ok during the week. I am going to bank my calories left at the end of each weekday to go towards the weekend, tthis way I stay within my calorie count for the week. For me…

Back at day one
I didn't make it through the first week, but I will do this because I plan to treat my self with a tablet. I have made up my mind to make it to day 35 of staying within my calorie count before treating myself to that tablet.:smile:
