Honey or sugar?
I'm curious - should I use honey or sugar in my coffee? Which one is better for you? I use just shy of a teaspoon of sugar but I have two or three cups of coffee a day. Suggestions?

Eaten everything in sight today....
I have been super hungry all day today and been eating almost constantly without feeling like it was even taking the edge off. Mindless Eating
Does anyone else have this issue? I am noticing my tendency to mindlessly pop food into my mouth...but of course I only notice after I am already eating it! It's definitely a habit I need to break! Anyone have any ideas as to how to stop doing this?

12 glasses of water...
Is how much I realize I have been drinking most days, is that too much? I also have two or three coffees a day in addition to eating nearly 1400 calories. Is something wrong? Should I be drinking this much?
