Calorie adjustment based on Vivofit data
Hi, I'm still playing around with my new Vivofit and would like to know if my current approach is sound? I wear my Vivofit at all times (incl bed, shower etc) except for when I exercise. MFP estimates that my calories burned during normal activity is 2540, so my approach has been to take this number away from the calories…
