I really only have about an hour to get in a good workout before my kids start bombarding me, so I tend to skip any stretch videos and focus more on calorie burning stuff. Like I replace it with another video to burn more. Does anyone else do this?
I have a wrist watch but the only way to get a reading is to hold down a button and I have no time for that when I'm trying to do an intense workout. What a some others that will track the entire time and are most accurate?? Thanks:happy:
Ok, so if mfp says to eat 1200 cal. a day but i do turbo fire 6 days a week yet i have no idea how many calories i burn. how would i know how many extra calories to eat?
