confused on eating calories burned?

Ok, so if mfp says to eat 1200 cal. a day but i do turbo fire 6 days a week yet i have no idea how many calories i burn. how would i know how many extra calories to eat?

    The best way to know how many calories you are burning is to buy a HRM (heart rate monitor). You can enter your exercise into your exercise diary and MFP will give you a estimate on how many calories you burned, but they are typically over the actual amount so maybe don't eat all of them back. :smile:
