Years ago I used to drink ample amounts of water to fill me up and it worked fantastically! Now drinking water seems to leave my stomach dying for more and more food!! Any tips/ ideas? Im on a 1290 calorie died and cant consume sugars/sweetners as it worsens a condition called granuloma annulare
