i am so frustrated....i only need to loose 1 inch off my hips and i can join the army... i think its just water weight but my issue is that i have been working on loosing it for a long time! any advice would be helpfull! please!
i am samantha from conecticut... :laugh: i joined to keep track of my calories because i am enlisting in the army this friday.... have to drop 5 pounds by then at least! any tips would be greatly appreciated!
