What to do when you've injured yourself?
I have hurt my core muscles in the lower stomach. I could do 30+ sit ups a day before. But I over did it with the walking and running the other day and I can't do a full sit up because my core really hurts. Should I continue with crunches till it heals up? or should I rest it completely?

Want to drop 50lbs by the end of the year..
Any advice? I'm calorie watching but not really loosing very fast maybe around 2-3lbs a month. I'd like to loose closer to 8lbs a month if possible.
