  • That's probably exactly what happened, I never thought about it before but actually I forgot to warm down at the end and I always stretch after. I was feeling a bit light headed and thats why I forgot.
  • It's muscle ache from over doing it at the gym. I really don't think it's so bad I need to see a doctor, it just needs time to heal up. It's all the muscles in my lower core. I can easily do the crunches, I can feel it when I do but it's just sore not pain. I can not do a full sit up because if I do, then it hurts.…
