Trouble areas & what you do (in addition to cardio)?
Mine is my upper arms and the area on my back, between the shoulders and around the neck. In addition to running, I try to add in some dumbbell curls for biceps and triceps with the heaviest weight I can comfortably lift for 3-4 sets of 5-7 reps.
