Coming up on 8 Months
Hi All, I need to stay focused and maybe lose another 15 or so lbs. I am feeling more fit now than I have in a long time. I have been watching what I eat for the most part, and doing daily cardio and sit-ups, push-ups, squats,ect.. The Big 48 Bday is next week so maybe I can give myself a little gift and get over 40 lbs…
