Nuts!
I'm thinking about ditching nuts from my diet. I typically have a half serving (16oz) of raw, unsalted almonds, but coming in at nearly 100 calories I don't think it's worth it for a measly 15 nuts. What other crunchy low cal and nutritionally dense snacks do you guys like?

Transition from Weight Loss to Maintenance
I've been in weight loss mode for so long I've neglected to do any research on Maintenance Mode. What's that transition like? Is there anything I should be aware of right now while I'm still in weight loss mode that will be important in maintenance?

Confusing Weight Fluctuations
I'm not really sure what's going with my weight lately. I've been up and down and up 50lbs in the last year and now I'm trying to lose that weight again. I stick to roughly between 1300-1500 calories a day. I do have days where my calorie intake spikes up to 3k, but that's only about 1 day out of the week. I weight train a…
