Hi - I have been intermittent fasting for a week or so! I tried this before but didn't pay attention to calories so much as keeping in the time frame. This time I have read more and looked at some numbers to pay attention to; however, I am concerned I will burn out on thinking about it. Anyone else?
Hi Everyone, I am new to a IF, using a 16/8 protocol. In reading up on IF, there is a lot of information about meeting macros, etc. Has anyone had success not worrying about those details going in, log food maybe and see what works?
