Unable to lose weight since getting breast implants
I am about 10lbs heavier than I was last year at this time. In February I got breast implants, and have been unable to get back down to the weight I was before. I believe the implants only account for about 3-4lbs of the weight. Any thoughts?

weight machine- WHAT DO I DO?!
We have a weight machine in the garage, works arms, legs, etc. Not one of the "free weight" ones, but the kind you move the pin to change the weights. Gonna knock the dust off it and start using it... just not sure where to begin. Need to build muscle and tone up while trying to lose 10-15 more lbs... Any thoughts on how I…

going to start using the weight machines
I have been doing mainly cardio and strength training (sit-ups, push-ups, squats... basic body weight exercises). I am going to be joining the Y tomorrow and would like to start using the weight machines.... just not really sure where to start. Any input/recommendations appreciated!

Ok, here it is. The first pic is the only one I could find that you could really see me. It is from July 2011. The second one is from tonight, wearing the same pants (couldn't find the same shirt, lol). Down about 16 pounds from then. I just really started trying to lose weight over the last couple of months. :blushing:

How should I calculate??
I have been taking the stairs at work, instead of the elevator. I walked up and then back down 8 flights (in heels, lol)! Is there a way to calculate it? I feel like I should be able to, since I felt like I was going into cardiac arrest at the top, haha! :noway:

WOWWWW! Started level 2, day 1 tonight. I had to spend some time just watching the moves to try to figure them out! This week is going to take some coordination!! :)
