so, if I have the energy to work out again (cause i actually have fun doing it! ) should I? or should I skip it? I worked out to Turbo Jams Cardio Party 2 this morning which is 45mins. How much is too much?
How often do you guys recommend taking progress before and after photos? I just took my before photos and I dont know when I should plan and take the next set. I dont want to take the next photos and be too discouraged if I dont see progress right away ya know?
