Calories in chicken legs - How does the bone factor in?
If I have a chicken leg that weighs 11.5 ounces or 326 grams, what's a rough estimate of how much of that counts as meat and how much of it is bone? I know that it would be most accurate to strip the meat off and weigh it, but I'm not interested in making that much work for myself. (I'm just proud I'm eating fresh chicken…

I just started doing DailyBurn and at the end of a 30 minute, fairly beginner workout, they claimed I burned 261 calories. That seems like a lot more than I would expect for my height, weight and age. (5'4'', 148 lbs, 27 yrs) Does anyone know if DB's calorie counter is at all accurate?

Fitbit Overestimating Calories?
Hi, So about a month ago I got a Fitbit, and despite netting the amount of calories that should be letting me lose 1/2 lb a week, I've been maintaining. Fat pockets at the tops of your thighs
Does anyone have any advice for getting rid of those? I know exercise that targets areas isn't the /most/ effective, but is there anything anyone's done to get those down? Or is it just a matter of continuing to lose weight?
