I am back, again, for like the 4th time. Hoping I am ready to make the necessary life changes that need to happen for this to work for me. I lose weight, then gain some (not all) back, then lose again, then gain again. I am really wanting to break this cycle and keep on the down side this time. Wish me luck!
I am just curious to see how much weight people lost before you had a change in clothes sizes? I started at a little over 200 lbs and a size 16 and am down 16 lbs and am still in a size 16. This seems absolutely crazy to me since the last time I was at 150 lbs I was in a size 10. THOUGHTS??
