Getting back on track.
Hey all Hmmm, lets see. New here (duh) but not the lifestyle. Im fairly fit and train 5 days a week (weight training). Let myself go the last few weeks. I was 82kg 5%bf but now im at 86 close to 9-10% I'd say. Very bloated and puffy. Cleaned up the diet this week so looking to do a body recomp or lean bulk before cutting…
