So I've lost about 15 pounds give or take and I've really been all about creating a deficit through eating and working out! And I've been doing well but I still have another 5 pounds or so to go but my appetite is so ravenous suddendly! And I really can't just not eat when I'm hungry. Do you rev up before winter?
I have this impending fear that when it gets cold outside and starts to snow, etc I wont be able to get in as much exercise! I have gotten into the routine of doing a 30 minute walk everyday after lunch, and going to the gym every other day. I know I wont be able to do those walks if there is snow and ice on the ground :(…
