thanks!! i kinda thought my metabolism was increasing -- for various reasons lol so I think this may be the issue plus im doing more heavy weights so that may have something to do with it too :)

As long as its a loss and not a gain I'm fine but ideal would be a pound or so a week at this stage

Around 1500-1700 .. And I've cut out a lot of those foods I used to pig out on but I give myself cheat days but the past week or 2 I've been eating everything in sight

I'd like to be 125 or a little below so I'm at the last five granted I havent gained any this week..I've been eating a crap load of protein and fat --ive been pretty low carb thru my weight loss journey --but this past week or so I've been eating way more carbs than usual due to this hunger spike

I try to stay around 1500-1700 daily and then workout about 4-5x a week Right now I'm 5'3 1/2 130 pounds

Not really, I just know my weaknesses when it comes to my fitness journey. Im working on them, as im sure we all are. Plus Ive never been on a weight loss journey outside of the summertime so its new to me -- and im trying to make it a lifestyle -- please dont judge me, and I wont judge u (Chris Brown voice) :)

The thing in the south is, the snow is unpredictable, but the ice is the real issue, they dont salt or shovel the roads so we are basically out of commission until Mother Nature does the job for us, I would hate to go out there running or walking and slip on some ice..I think ill invest in some of those snow shoes though…
