Weight loss/muscle gain
As of April 24th I was 210lbs w/44" waist (at widest point around the bellybutton), 15 inch arms, @5'11. And I had been around 220 earlier in the year. I'm now 183lbs w/36" waist, 14.75 inch arms, goal is ~165lbs. Then I plan to add muscle over time while capping any weight gain at 180lbs until my lower abs are clear at…
