Weight loss/muscle gain

As of April 24th I was 210lbs w/44" waist (at widest point around the bellybutton), 15 inch arms, @5'11. And I had been around 220 earlier in the year.
I'm now 183lbs w/36" waist, 14.75 inch arms, goal is ~165lbs. Then I plan to add muscle over time while capping any weight gain at 180lbs until my lower abs are clear at that weight.
Diet is mostly veggies, lean meat, with some fatty fish, milk and whatever else might fit my calories for the day. I'm on a large deficit so once a week I'll usually have a free meal or two without counting, and after this week I will spend most of the rest of my cut slowly reverse dieting.
Exercise is 3X week full body weight training (2nd session is light) + cardio.
