High protein snack ideas
After two weeks of logging on MFP I notice a trend of having too much fat and too little protein in my diet (fat usually 50%, carbs 30% and protein 20%). I was logging on normal days prior to making changes just to see where I was at. I'm in need of some filling high protein snack ideas. Share whatever you've got! Thanks!!
