Whats a good meat to go with squash? Thats not overly fattening, oh...I don't eat seafood! Need one other side too.

Hiking
I'm going to start hiking in about a week or two, and need to know whats the best kind of shoes to do this! Anybody else hike? How's the burn? Well I think I put this in the wrong category, but I can't figure out how to delete it or move it.

Change Routine?
Alright, so heres roundabout what I do. Gym M-F Strength train every other day so 3 days a week usually, on days I strength train I only do 45 mins of cardio and on days I don't, I do an hour. Cardio consists of 31 minutes Elleptical, 14 minutes cool down on the treadmill, Elleptical 31 minutes and treadmill 29 minutes.…

I'm looking for a simple recipe for baked squash. I also want to know if you can bake the sliced squash, the same way as you would fry it, like with the cornmeal and everything?

They had something at my gym posted saying that too much cardio can cause you to gain body fat...how is this possible? How much is too much?
