Food Recording
I went to ocharleys, and ommitted the bun on something I ate, but I simply can't find how to calculate the bun out of what the calorie content is, and the carbs, etc...anybody know how I can do this?

2 months, nothing
So I've been exercising on a regular basis, and still haven't lost anything in 2 months. My diet has been moderately good other than a few mishaps here and there, with upping my protein. cardio/weights
I'm not seeing any progress and its been almost 4 weeks...I.do cardio every day at 25 mins each day. I strength train 3 days and rest, 3 days then rest. On my rest days I do 30 mins of cardio. Help?

No Progress...confused?

Just curious
Sometimes I will eat, such as I did tonight, I ate 9 oz of grilled chicken with 10 spears of asparagus, and 2 medium red potatoes (baked). I do some form of exercise every day, such as today, I walked for 30 mins and burned 183 cals. An hour and a half later I was hungry again. Does this happen to anybody else? My dad…

Looking for a good protein bar, that is not overly costly, and not high in fat...preferably around the 200 cal range would be nice also, and not extremely high in sugar...is that too much to ask for? lol What do you use or recommend? Cost? Taste?

Just curious...today is my day off from working out, but I feel like I'm going to run out or over my calorie intake. Does anybody do minor things on their days off? Like running up and down the stairs for 10 minutes, etc...just to gain a few extra calories to tack onto your total amount? I knew this is probably retarded…

Egg white calories?
I can't figure out how to determine the amount of calories for JUST egg whites, and how much is in the yolk? I tried looking in the database, but it said there was less in 3 egg whites and 1 yolk, than 2 egg whites and 1 yolk, and that doesn't make sense to me...help!

First off, who does this and actually succeeds? What sort of low calorie things can you eat with this amount of calories? How many times a day do you eat? What amount of exercise if you are doing any at all? (How many times, and duration please). I am increasing my amount of lbs to lose per week to try something different.

Why are the calorie goals here way lower than other sites? I did one just to check some info on WebMd and it is 1k calories higher there than here. Whats the deal?
