Which supplements do you guys/gals recommend? Or ones that seem to be helping?

Most ppl diss the drugstore vitamins. I take cod liver oil for my skin and hair, a women's multi, vitamin C chewables, and echinacea because i work with kids and they always get me sick. lol I am interested to see what else ppl reccommend

For me, I'd take a supplement if I felt I wasn't getting enough nutrition from whole food. If I haven't had enough fruits or veggies in a given day, then I'll take a multi-vitamin. If I haven't had my servings of fish during the week, then I'll take some fish oil. Personally, I try to get my daily sources of vitamins and minerals from whole food, which is tough, but with a whole lot of practice and hard work, I've managed to rely on supplements a whole lot less.

I take a womens multi-vitamin, omega 369, and a b complex. I find i feel more alert and energized day-day, I also take a low-carb natural whey protein on my heavy lifting days (usually 3x per week).

I have been considering starting CLA to see if it actually helps with fat loss/toning but we shall see.

I take a multi, Kat-a-lysts Adicor (appetite suppresant/thermogenic) and For Her (hair/skin/nails) a CLA, and a joint supplement. I dont take full dose on anything except the hair/skin supplement. I love adicor the thermogenic one, you can take up to 6 a day, I found I only need 2, it helps curb my appetite a bit, and helps me drink more water. The hair skin nails supplement I noticed a huge difference in 2 weeks on the feeling of my skin, retaining way more water (in skin, not body), elasticity, feels so much better.
