Want friends with motivation
I joined yesterday! I am doing already a week in Atkins diet (low carb). I really want to lose weight!! Doing it alone is hard, so I am looking for friends with motivation of losing weight! My final goal is to lose seven kilo more ( already lost 3) wanna lose all this in two months hopefully.

Low carb diet calories
I have heard that you need minimum 1400 calories a day for women, but when I eat protein I can't feel hungry and I get only 700 calories a day. Will it ruin my metabolism? How can I make myself hungry in a low carb diet?
