I just finished the first day and really liked it! Just wondering about the results others have seen using this app and if it's a good form of exercise for weight loss/toning.
Hi! I've used this site before and it helped me lose 50 lb last year before starting university. I've decided to give it another go this summer and try to make more of a permanent change so I don't gain all the weight back. Looking for supportive friends to help keep me motivated and hopefully I can return the favour :-)
