BMR
Having used various calculators to work out my BMR, they have varied immensely. So far, I've had answers at 1394, 1774, 1450, 1485 and 1634. Which one do I trust? And why do they vary so much?! Should I just work out an average? And same with TDEE as they also vary hugely? Any advice would be appreciated.

Ok long story short, did the dukan diet and lost almost 10 kgs, found I couldn't continue that practically with my job/life etc, gained about 2kg back, and now am trying to lose again. BMR and TDEE
I need some reassurance here, I currently eat around 1300 calories per day, plus burn 500ish calories per day through exercise. Having just worked out my BMR, it reckons it's around 1490, and my TDEE is around 2300. So is this telling me I need to up my calories? I'm not seeing a huge loss as it is, so don't really want to…
