I try to apply the principles of the dukan diet but with fruit and veg so yeah I try to keep high proteins and low fats. But I guess I'll just give it more time. And try to up my water intake too. Thanks all for the replies.

I upped the calories about 6 weeks ago and haven't lost any.

Yep! Last night it got to around 10:30pm and I started my workout. Strange, but it's when I feel most motivated and up for it!!

Yeah, TDEE with exercise is 2300 and without is 1790. Thanks for the help!

So just checking... Should I be eating 1800ish cals after exercise? Or if I ate 1800 but burned 500, I shouldn't eat those exercise cals back? 1800 sounds an awful lot.... :/

Hiya, I have lost 10kg on the Dukan Diet. Yes it is a fairly hard diet but I am one of those people who, given an inch, will take a mile. So rather than being allowed '2 squares of chocolate' (e.g. Weight Watchers) I would then proceed to eat 20 squares! So the Dukan Diet worked for me because there is no lee-way and I…
