BMR

Having used various calculators to work out my BMR, they have varied immensely.
So far, I've had answers at 1394, 1774, 1450, 1485 and 1634.
Which one do I trust? And why do they vary so much?! Should I just work out an average? And same with TDEE as they also vary hugely?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I would start with the highest one, if it were me. Then if you aren't having success, go a little lower.0

That's a pretty wild swing of numbers. Usually they all give something within about 100 calories at most of each other. There's actually a BMR calculator on here under Apps.0

So is the one on here the one I should go by?
I think that one gave me the 1450 reading.0
