help! I need exercises that i can do w/health problems
So I have discovered a health problem and i can no longer do things like elipitical (for more than 15 min 3-4 times a week and i was 45 min 5-6 times a week) and run . I am still losing weight because i have cut alot of calories out of my diet. HOWEVER i want to be able to do more than walk around . HELP!
