Im on week 2 of slimfast i find it okay but i know i need to add more low calorie snacks to my day as i can become light headed. Anyone else on the slimfast plan? How you finding it? and whats your loss been like?

I LOVE it been doing it its my choice of exercise when i want to loose weight. Im on week 3. Not seeing any results on the scales but my body is deffo changing. So maybe im gaining muscle i duno. Just wanted to know if anyone else does this and how much have you lost?
