I need to lose 35 pounds in 2 months !! Please Help me.
Im currently running on treadmill 40 min and I burn between 500-800 calories acording to the machine. I also do 20 min weight lifting etc and swim between 1-2 hours a day.I need to lose 35 pounds until 18th of august, you think what im doing will help?
