I am trying to lose 10 lbs. My calculated goal says 177 carb grams per day! and 71 grams of protein. I am 5'7 and 144lbs. I work out 4 times a week. This doesn't seem right, does it to any of you? Please advise, thanks so much!! :smile:
This site shows 12 carbs for 4oz of a baked yam and 16 carbs for 8oz of a baked yam. When I google for more info I get a much larger number for carbs. Can someone please explain why this site shows different info, or am I just reading it wrong? Thanks!
