Confused about carb info for YAMs, help?

This site shows 12 carbs for 4oz of a baked yam and 16 carbs for 8oz of a baked yam. When I google for more info I get a much larger number for carbs. Can someone please explain why this site shows different info, or am I just reading it wrong?
