First time at gym..
Yesterday was my first day at the gym, I went around and checked out the equipment to see what all of them did. I have no idea to put a fitness plan together though. I just know I want to get my whole self in shape. Could anyone give me some advice? Thanks :)
New to the site.
I'm Liz, I am 22. 5'6" and 135lbs. I'm hoping to get inspiration and kept on my feet. Every time I start taking care of myself, I just stop. So I joined this site in hopes to stay motivated and in hopes to meet people to support as well.
