Amouts on your food diary
I have my calories set at 1,880. In the charts it has carbs, protein, fat, sodium and sugar. Is this grams? Mine say 71 for a daily goal for sugar. That is way over any recommended amount. Gaining weight is so hard and frustrating. Add to it that I get zero sympathy from any one and always the same comments, "Eat more" or "I wish I had your problem" I'm 55, 5'2" and weigh 98 pds.
